This is the second day of the World Cup promotion, and once again the experience was disappointing. The meal was supposed to come in the promotional box, but instead everything was just thrown into a bag. To make matters worse, no condiments were included with the order. There was no effort to verify the order or ensure everything was correct—just a quick handoff and the window was shut. Customer service felt rushed and careless. Promotional events are supposed to create a positive experience, but this location seems more focused on getting customers out of the drive-thru than providing good service.
This is my 3rd time in a row that I have come and before that the customer service was so good. This times the service is so serious and a little rudely.
From my own personal experience, this was a decent visit. Not a fan of the whole “modern” look which applies to ALL locations, and I’m not a fan of moronic AI or computer kiosks since it’s just not popular among customers, but thankfully the service was friendly and the food tasted good. Which is all I can really hope for. As long as they maintain a consistent level of quality and they cook their food well, then I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in this area.
